Dernière modification le 11/08/2021You should contact the Office of Occupational Medicine on 97.98.46.46 and/or by filling out a secured form to inform them of the COVID+/highly probable case, give them the contact details of the person involved (surname, first name, date of birth, mobile phone number, email address, CCSS or SPME social insurance number) and draw up a list of persons with whom the employee has been in contact with this same information (last name, first name, date of birth, mobile phone number , email address, CCSS or SPME social insurance number)
An epidemiological investigation can then begin for the occupational doctor.
