It should be noted that the use of the "Tous Anti Covid Vérif" application is regulated by the Ministerial Decision of July 1, 2021 relating to the health pass. Its use is exclusively reserved for professionals concerned by the implementation of a health pass control.

How to use the app?

Scan the health pass QR code presented by the client:

  • The app turns green and displays the text Valide (Valid)
  • The app turns red and displays the text Non valide (Not valid)

Please note: When checking the validity of a client’s health pass, you should ask to see proof of their identity. The names shown on the health pass and the proof of identity must be identical.

If their identity is confirmed and their health pass is valid, the client may enter.

From Monday 23 August, the Health Pass in Monaco will be extended to all populations as specified below:

1. All people over the age of 18 who are on the list below and who wish to consume inside restaurants and bars in Monaco must present a valid Health Pass:

  • Monegasques
  • Residents
  • Employees (only employees, not members of their household)
  • Students of the Principality
  • People staying in a hotel establishment in the Principality or staying on a ship anchored in one of Monaco's ports

However, these people can consume outside on restaurant and bar terraces without presenting a valid Health Pass.

Note: People aged under 18 who are part of the above list are not required to present a valid Health Pass to access the interior and the terrace of restaurants and bars by September 23.

 

2. All people over the age of 16 who are not on the list above and who wish to consume inside or on the terrace of restaurants and bars in Monaco must present a valid Health Pass.

Please note: When you check the validity of a client's health pass, you should ask them for proof of their identity. The names indicated on the health proof and on the identity document must be identical. If the identity is confirmed and the health pass is valid, the customer can re-enter.

You will need to check:

  • The QR code of the health pass in digital or paper format
  • A certificate in paper or electronic format indicating the result of a PCR or antigen test of less than 48 hours
  • A certificate in paper or electronic format indicating the vaccination status for COVID-19. This concerns, for example, people who have completed their full vaccination schedule with one of the COVID-19 vaccines but have not yet been able to obtain a QR code for technical reasons or who have performed their full vaccination in another country
  • Proof of certificate of recovery following contamination by the virus. The positive test for the detection of said virus must have been carried out more than 11 days and less than six months previously. This certificate is only valid for a period of six months from the date of completion of said test.
